- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly Management Fees: The monthly management fee of 10% is based off the rent roll which includes; property checked monthly 24/7 on call to solve issues. Maintenance Fees: An estimate before performing repairs over $100.00 or more will be in writing and will signed by the owner before any work will be started. We bill $125.00 for the first hour and $25.00 per man per additional hour for handyman services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a family company available to perform efficient property management services. We can help you determine optimal rental rates, provide clean-ups, and make appearance suggestions will attract the right rental tenant(s). We help homeowners get their home ready for renting with our superior handy man work. Most importantly, we find qualified tenants that have a history and ability to pay on-time.
