- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many discount options throughout the year. We encourage our customers to always ask what promotions we have going on, if we haven't told them about it first!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Even during the free estimate we will use photos from previous jobs to explain our process. This will ensure that the customer will understand how we will proceed to give them exactly what they are looking for!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Color World is closely tied to Sherwin Williams and we daily talk to our rep about projects, new materials, etc. So that we are constantly on the edge of the latest knowledge. After years of experience that combination ensures our customers the highest quality.
