- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them and see what they are looking for . I customize every menu to my customers needs. We decided on a menu and price . Then I set up a tasting to make sure I can provide for them what they want. Then when that goes well , we sign a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a culinary institute of America graduate, and I was a chef in the United States Coast Guard for 27 yrs .
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I volunteered my services to work at the Mark Twain house . I support a non for profit animal rescue group called Kenways Cause . They help all dogs and cats in the Hartford area. It is a great cause because they help so many animals a year and I love animals.
