Luis was great. He came, looked at scope of work and gave me a price that wasn't cheap but seemed fair. He came and hung the Christmas lights and discussed everything as was important. He showed that he knew what he was doing and definitely had experience with this project. I was pleased with the outcome and would recommend Luis to anyone who's on the fence
