Rich (of Scibor Home Services) has been fantastic with replacing water-damaged hardwood flooring. From the first meeting, Rich laid out a clear and reasonably priced plan of action, and took his time answering our questions. This project took much longer than we thought due to foundation issues, which significantly extended the timeline and scope of the work, but Rich never made us feel rushed. He even lent one of his tools to help us determine when the hardwood was ready to be installed. We are already contracting Rich again to help replace and paint some of the walls where the floor was replaced, and we’ll certainly reach out whenever we are in need of his services. All around awesome, friendly, and professional.

Rich was great. He installed marmoleum clic lock tiles in my kitchen. The quality of the work was great. He was responsive, punctual and fairly priced. I look forward to hiring him again for other work.

I had an ancient side door where the wood frame had rotted away. They had to completely remove the outer frame, install a new storm, re-route some Cable TV cables through the side of the door, and put in aluminum on the frame to match the rest of the house. The work was done quickly and very well. In addition to the quality of the work, which was great, what's most important to me was the communication. Scheduling this job was tough and they were very good at getting back to me to figure out the best time, which was tough because getting the right size door was not easy on the old house. and Home Depot kept changing the door's arrival date. There was a lot of back and forth to coordinate that and they were always very responsive. When I have more work like this, they are my first call.

Rich replaced porcelain tile in two bathrooms, he did a wonderful job which came out much better than expected. He was very kind and courteous and we enjoyed working with him. We highly recommend Rich!
