- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We consider ourselves to be very fair to our customers with pricing always quoting according to what needs to be done without exceeding the client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Following the initial contact, an appointment is set up with one of our Remodeling specialist whom accesses the nature of the damage and work that needs to be done. Following the inspection we generate an estimate within 24 hours and send it to the client making ourselves available to address any calls. Upon client approval of estimate, we lock a date and proceed with the installation keeping a clear understanding of what has to be done, explaining all aspects of the work to be performed to the client from start to finish. Upon completion of the job our Quality Control department will do a follow up with the client to ensure everything is in order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully certified with the top manufacturers in roofing, siding, gutters and window products. Our team is constantly attending workshops throughout the country improving their knowledge and skills for all types of exterior and interior work.
