I have only had my bridal trial today with Tatiana. She is amazing! There are not enough words to describe how relaxing and calm she is. Any improvement to your liking she is quick to do and brings many options to choose from. I can’t wait to see everything come together for wedding day 💜

If I could give less than a one star I would. Tatiana is extremely unprofessional. I booked this pro on February 19, 2024 for hair and makeup for two people. I explained that one person only needed makeup done and needed to be ready by 11:30am to set up for the event. The event started at 1:30pm. I suggested a 9:00am start time at my location, she agreed and offered to start earlier if need be. The pro asked for a $50 deposit to be paid in advance to secure the date. I sent via Cashapp that same day. Per the invoice the remaining balance of $230 was to be paid 24hrs before the appointment; I sent this payment via Cashapp as well. The pro called on February 23, 2024 around 3:45pm stating that she had booked an early wedding for the same morning and that she checked my address, which stated was an hour away from her early “wedding” appointment in Yonkers, and would not be able to arrive until 10am/10:30am. I said that should be OK. I used quotation marks because upon her arrival she informed me that she was doing a makeup trial for a bride and that she was unaware that the trial was for the bride and her daughter, so it was a makeup trial for two people. The following day, February 24th, was my scheduled appointment. Tatiana called around 10:15am stating that she was finally on her way so that would mean she would not arrive until 11:15am. My sister-in-law, the second person getting makeup done, said no that will not work I will be leaving for the event. She did her own makeup and left, all prior to Tatiana arriving. I called Tatiana at 12:15pm asking her ETA, she stated she was 5minutes away. Upon her arrival I told her I would be needing a $95 refund for my sister-in-law’s makeup since she was unable to get it done. I also stated that due to her being so late I only had time to get my makeup done so I’d like a refund for hair not being done, $65. She agreed to do so once she was able to log in to the site. She goes on to do my makeup, tries to insist on lashes I did not want. The makeup was sloppy and not blended properly. She used products on me then stated that because she did not use a fresh applicator that she was now giving me the products. She could not find her mascara and I was running late and did not have the time to wait for her to find it so I let her use my own mascara. I asked her to thin out the eyeliner line, I thought she did but I later noticed makeup and concealer all over my lashes. She kept insisting on seeing and doing my hair, knowing that I was in a rush. She also insinuated that I MUST be racially mixed with something because my hair is so long and thick. Seriously wtf. I was over an hr late to my event. I sent her a lengthy message later that night stating that my sister-in-law had spoke and we both agreed we wanted a full refund of $280 for her lateness, sloppy makeup and services not done. I let her know that also included the 50 dollar deposit, the 25 dollar travel because she told me she lives nearby my house. A refund for makeup and hair that was not done. As well as the makeup that was improperly done. She never replied to my message and when I called her two days later to discuss the matter further, she stated she could not talk right now and that she would call back in 30 minutes. She did not call so I reached out to Thumbtack to handle the matter. At the time of this review, I still have not been refunded and we are in a dispute through Thumbtack where she suggested redoing the work or finishing it as a solution. Bottom line is, don’t be fooled by her bundle package, use a different pro.
