If you’re looking for a good technician, you found one! The tech Juan impressed me from the first encounter. Very attentive to my dryer issue. He came 2 hours after requesting the job, even though he was an hour away. And showed up on time.
He explained in detail about the condition of the dryer, even the issue was a bad outlet. He was able to help clean and reattached the vent that was found on the floor. We also decided to have a service maintenance since he is very good at what he’s doing. Thank you so much for helping us. Will definitely call this technician again for future needs!
