- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing really is based on what the job entails (glass,porcelain,stone,ceramic,other) size of tile to be installed 12"x 24" or 24 x 48" or something larger or smaller. Is the tile installed stacked, on a 45, herringbone pattern?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time to meet and go over the job. I will email them a price based on what we discussed with a breakdown of everything. Then we would schedule a date and time to start. When the job is completed to their satisfaction I would submit the bill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as a helper in the union then became an apprentice and worked my way up to a mechanic. I've worked on state job's federal jobs, residential job's. I've done floors, walls 60ft high, ceilings. I've pretty much done it all at one time or another but at the same time every job is different.
