- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take our time in considering all the aspects of the project before presenting our customers with a quote. We may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we will always stand by our work and be sure to give our customers the most value for the money they are spending.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to do an in-person estimate, free of charge. After seeing the project we will come up with a price and send out a detailed estimate for the customer to review. Once the estimate is accepted we will schedule the job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for over 10 years. I’ve done both residential and commercial painting. I also have a degree in Interior Architecture from UNC Greensboro and studied color theory as part of my program. We offer free color consultation for customers who need a little help deciding what would look best in their space.
