Jerlyn and his team did an amazing job. First of all, he did exactly what he said he was going to do and he came on time. Doesn't happen much like that anymore. He pruned a Japanese Maple for us that was starting to dwarf the house. He suggested not pruning it back as far as I wanted to because it would kill the tree. I was grateful for that advice and he still cut enough back to make the tree look like landscaping, not a hovering hulk over our house. Jerlyn was here the entire time, and he seems like a perfectionist. The clean up was done meticulously. We were seriously impressed and we will definitely use The Big Forest Tree Service again.

Everythign was done via phone, as I am out of the country presently. Denny was quick to understand that I needed trees thoroughly trimmed over the parking area where we park our cars. We spoke on Friday, he gave me an estimate on Friday and then on Monday the work was completed. Denny sent photos of the work they had done. I was more thatn pleased with the job and the quick repsponse. I Zelled payment in full.
