Travis got back to me right away and came to help me out as soon as I was available for his visit. He did a great job and was happy to answer my questions about why my washing machine - a very important appliance! - wasn't working the way it should. Travis responded shortly after I posted what I needed and was able to come the same day! He showed up on time. He took time to diagnose anything possible before replacing parts. Unfortunately, I do need a new heating coil, not as expensive as I thought. He said once he gets the part should be able to repair the dryer early next week (before Thanksgiving)!! Very professional.
