Transparency: My pricing is straightforward, but keep in mind that complex commercial properties may have appraisals with fees higher than the $1200 starting point. Potential Discounts: I may offer discounts for multiple property appraisals or long-term clients. Feel free to ask! Travel Fees: Travel outside of my primary service area may incur additional fees.

Initial Contact: When you reach out, we'll discuss your appraisal needs and property details. Quote and Scheduling: I'll provide a clear quote and schedule an on-site property inspection. Property Inspection: I'll thoroughly examine the property, collecting data and taking photos. Research and Analysis: I'll analyze market data, comparable properties, and relevant factors. Report Delivery: You'll receive a detailed appraisal report within the agreed-upon timeframe. Follow-Up: I'm happy to answer questions and clarify anything in the report.
