Repurposed interiors is all about creating collaborating and transforming spaces in your home, business and or vacation rental. I'm all about repurposing existing furniture, décor all while maintaining eco friendly design and sustainability. My design philosophy starts with enhancing the features already found in your home. Through repurposing furnishings, décor, color, and spaces, I will help uncover your story as I collaborate with you to create a beautiful, collective vision for your home. My desire is to design with your budget in mind; the smallest little details of change can make the largest impact. Interior design doesn’t have to break the bank; it’s more about finding that sweet spot with use of creative color choices, space planning, finding those unique pieces of art and enhancing the pieces already in your home. I want your space to feel cozy, inviting, beautiful, loved, and inspired. A place for you to retreat from the world and wake up refreshed to begin a new day, every day.

We recently underwent an extensive remodel of our Lake House during the winter months when we were away. Stephanie was an absolute gem and a crucial member of our project team. Not only did she provide a wide range of design options, but she also took on the role of a dedicated project manager during the construction phase. Stephanie's keen eye for design was evident in every aspect of the project, and she skillfully incorporated my ideas and comments into the final design. When I finally set foot in the house for the first time after completion, it felt like I was walking into one of those incredible Reality Design Shows with the grand reveal! I was absolutely awestruck by the transformation she accomplished. Stephanie delivered our beautiful Lake Home with meticulous attention to detail, and she truly went above and beyond my expectations. When my husband and I first bought a house we were very overwhelmed with where to start in order to make it our home. Stephanie listened to us as we told her what we imaged for the different spaces, as well as incorporating our budget and realistic expectations. She presented her ideas while being attentive to the needs of our lifestyle and future plans for starting a family. Her knowledge of style, trends and practicality all came together in order to find different designers that matched the decor we are attracted to. She looked at the house as a whole in order to help us pick appropriate colors for each room as we painted and decorated. She is very prompt, flexible and respectful of our time. I charge hourly fees or a percentage of total budget cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation includes 1-2 hours of in person or virtual conversation about your wants and needs for the project. We will discuss options, ideas, plans and collaborate together to find an overall design plan for the project in mind. 2nd phase includes, virtual design renderings, floor plan drawings, product sourcing, interior design and decorating, budget planning, choosing contractors and trade professionals. Customers can choose full service design or choose individual design plans and pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate from The Interior Design Institute 2020. I have worked with multiple single family home owners, no project is too small.
