Senghor did a great and professional job helping me with my Laptop. They replaced my charge port, the computer didn't charge still so we did a followup and eventually found the problem with no extra charge to me. Overall I'm very glad I went there and would definitely bring my computer back if I needed to.

I had muddled up a data transfer between computers. Given the complexity of sorting out my mess, the work was done quickly with other minor problems being fixed along the way. More importantly, after I made yet another mistake and apparently lost most of my files, he returned within an hour and restored the work he had done. Highly recommended.

I had been having trouble with network issues for several days. After hours upon hours of frustration and Google searches, SmartDruid came to my rescue! He was available the exact day I posted on Thumbtack (a Sunday), and was able remedy my problem and also explain the solution he performed in clear and concise terms so that it wouldn't happen again. He contacted me immediately, was prompt and on time to the scheduled appointment, and resolved my issues so that I can now relax again.
