Had a heck of a time due to the large amount of snow that fell in WNY. Employees were snowbound or no-shows. They called the next day & were able to start & complete the move.

Honestly started off great - they were very nice in the phone and we booked right away for 10:00 in the morning to move our elderly parents things to an assisted living facility. They were supposed to arrive at 10:00am. Got a text in the morning stating the got held up with bad weather the night before and would be a little late as they just had to unload from another job. Told them a little
Late was ok but the medical van was taken them, our parents, to the home at 9:30am so it couldn’t be too late as we had to set up their room. They did not arrive till 7:00 at night to pack
Things up. We did not get our parents room set up till 10:00 at night. That was completely unacceptable. But I will say once they arrived they worked very efficiently and quickly and were very polite and did a great job.
