Lock nerds really understood what we needed. I was in distress looking for a lock smith because I am the Manager for United Airlines in Buffalo. As an airline we have to abide TSA standards and overall safety when it comes to secure items throughout an operation.Lock Nerds and their crew kept the line of communication open and was very patient with the size of the area United operates out of that needed to be keyed. The owner of Lock Nerds came in and personally worked alongside with me and my crew to get a list. The Lock nerds gave a lot of options on different keys, cores, and door handles that are available.Once everything arrived the Lock Nerds crew came in and installed all new cores in 1 day! 40-50 locks were replaced, and the Lock Nerds crew did it without a sweat.As a manager of an airline, I appreciate the communication and the amount of attention they provided us with!To anyone reading this you would be silly to go to anywhere else for a locksmith. Lock Nerds will take care of you as if they knew you your whole life! Best around!
