- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $55-$70/hr depending on the project and I can provide a discounted full project cost for larger projects. When you work with me, I can assure you your budget will be respected, you will receive regular communication via in-person, email, or phone, and you will receive the best customer service experience!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I follow a simple 5 step process when working with a client: 1. Initial consultation - in-person or online meeting to get to know you, your project requirements, timeline, and budget 2. Contract signing - you can choose if you would like to work on an hourly basis or full project basis and we make the agreement official 3. Design presentation - we will present our design to you including preliminary 3D renderings, moodboards, furniture selections, and budget estimates 4. Design & Project Management - we will design the full space and work with vendors and general contractors (if need be) to get your job done. 5. Delivery - we will put together the entire space with the new design and you can sit back and enjoy your new space and embrace all the compliments from your friends and family
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with clients that are in their mid-20s who wanted to ramp up their downtown apartment to clients in their late 50s building their dream $4M home. I have worked with clients of all ages and all backgrounds with their unique design challenges. I work with clients to figure out their lifestyle, personalities, and style to design the perfect space that is both beautiful and functional!
