They showed up late. The gentleman were very kind, but the job seemed pretty rushed overall. They missed spots on the floors and didn’t shine or clean the sink faucets. They missed the front door glass and it didn’t look like they cleaned the kitchen counters. Because they showed up late I had tried pushing my work call so I could be home. While I was on the phone they interrupted it so I could talk to someone on the phone about a quality control review. The woman made up excuses as to why they were late, and really didn’t show any consideration or remorse for the constraint it placed on my timeline. She just said “okay great, have a nice day” and hung up. They kept asking me to do a walk through and kept asking if everything was okay while I was on the phone on a work call. So of course I looked at the general area, and gave it the okay. They also left dirty paper towels on my bedroom cabinet, as well as cleaning products. Which is why I feel as if the job was rushed. For $260 I was expecting a little more attention to detail and it was just a quick easy and out. I would like to work on getting a refund for this service. Super disappointing considering the reviews.
