- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer will know that I have deep clean and resident clean, each have its own price and deals, and see how long does he want us to work for, if it’s weekly it’ll have it’s discounts and price, if it’s monthly it has it’s own deals and discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Check the customer place that need to be cleaned and see how much it’s worth to clean, give the customer a deal if the customer likes it we’ll go in with the work if not we’ll negotiate to find a fitting price for the customer
