I was looking on the Nextdoor app for someone to do some drywall and painting for me, Thumbtack gave me a name and I just want to say it was a great decision to hire Buffalo Handy Co!!! I am 100% happy with John's work, his work ethic, his timeliness, professionalism, politeness... I can't say enough good things... he agreed to a job on short notice, came every day and stayed until the work was complete. He said he be done in three days and was! He stuck to the agreed upon price, picked up the materials for me... the before and after photos say it all... (there was much more work done- replacing wood in a door frame and mouldings, fixing a botched job from a previous contractor who never returned to finish, moving an outlet... )

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt....how ever he first started responding quick to me. He did what I asked partially. Came super late (had car issues) as he said 4 hrs later.... The work quality was good. Had a ramp done, He was very polite. he was supposed to come back to fix a fence gate that needed to be redone that I did. And install floodlight and camera. Said he would come back. He was hard to get a hold of after he fixed the ramp. So had to find someone else. If you want business you need to not ignore the customers and if you say your gonna do it, you do it.. I'm patient and understanding of a busy schedule however communicate with you customers. That's all.
