Shortly after moving into my home, I encountered persistent heating issues despite no problems being identified during the inspection. The furnace made noises as if trying to turn on but failed to heat the house. The issues began over the weekend, and I initially called a well-known HVAC company. They took hours to diagnose the problem, claimed they didnt have the necessary part, and scheduled a follow-up visit. After supposedly fixing the issue, the furnace worked briefly before the same problems returned a week lateragain over the weekend. When I called the company back, they refused to return without charging another service fee, plus additional weekend charges despite having already paid them for the past visits and the same problem returning just a week later.Frustrated and low on funds after my home purchase, I sought help elsewhere. Thats when I found The Cool Factory. Desperate for a second opinion, I called them, and they responded promptly. They cleaned my pressure switch and explained that while this resolved the immediate issue, my old furnace and chimney could cause recurring problems.Two weeks later, the furnace failed again over the weekend during freezing temperatures. Dave from The Cool Factory arrived within 20 minutes, cleared the blocked pressure switch, and showed me how to resolve the issue myself if it happened again. Remarkably, he did it all on-the-house, understanding my financial situation and distress.Since then, Ive trusted The Cool Factory for all my HVAC needs and confidently recommend them over other HVAC companies in the Buffalo area. Their exceptional service and customer care set them apart!

Professional, efficient and affordable!My heat went out overnight Friday into Saturday. Dave was referred by my realtor Saturday morning. He was at my house within 20 minutes with a clear diagnosis and plan to repair my furnace. He worked around my work schedule and my heat was pumping as it should by Monday evening.
