- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a “no data, no fee” guarantee! If for any reason your data is not recoverable, there won’t be any labor charge what so ever!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free evaluation. Just drop off your device and you will be contacted within 48 hours and we will let you know the probability of recovery, cost, as well as estimated time to complete the work. You can then decide whether or not you’d like us to move forward with the recovery.
