- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally ask a few questions that pertain to the job that is being done. After that we will get the customers contact information and then set up an appointment time to complete the work.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are currently servicing 5 Red Robin restaurants. 2 in Erie county and 3 in Rochester. We are thankful for Red Robin corporate office to honor us with their Carpet & boothback cleaning contract.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't always choose your cleaner by the lowest price. Like the old saying goes "you get what you pay for". And when it comes to Carpet cleaning there are many different ways to cut corners and not do the job as good as it could be done.
