- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always flexible depending on the scope of a given document. I always try to tailor my writing services and fees to the individual needs and budgets of my clients. My goal, as stated before, is to have a fair and equitable professional relationship with all my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to have personal contact by text/phone so that I can be sure to understand the scope and the goals of my client and then provide the best service and price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am dual mastered: English and Social Work. I am also a writer. I have also worked as a writing teacher/coach for many years both for native and non-native English speaking writers.
