Yul was the first to respond and I’m so glad that he was also the one that I went with. He changed a broken double panel window and our sliding mechanism that my awful landlady refuses to change (despite being a safety risk to pedestrians). But I digress. Really great team! Highly recommended and punctual. My photos don’t do justice but our window is now “high definition”. See pics for the ‘before’ cracks and our super shiny new window.
