The representative who came to inspect my windows arrived when he said he would. He was respectful of my home and most importantly was honest and told me I didn’t need any window repair. Another company quoted me thousands.

I had an excellent experience with Konstantin and his team at Global Window NY. They responded to my booking request immediately and scheduled a free consultation within days. The next day, they came back to fix our large, heavy door that wouldn’t fully close and was often left open by delivery people. There was also an issue with the door strike positioning. Konstantin fixed everything quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable, the service was fantastic, and their responsiveness was top-notch. Highly recommend!

Exremely professional and prompt. We had a huge (floor to ceiling) glass sliding door that needed repair. The original installer/contractor/builder said they couldn't do it. Global Window NYC showed up, figured it out, and got the job done at a very reasonable cost. Will recommend to anyone especially anyone in the building with problems in the same door!
