The technician was very professional and cleaned up the work area before he left. I am very happy with the repair. The windows work perfectly now after repair instead of replacing them. Exremely professional and prompt. We had a huge (floor to ceiling) glass sliding door that needed repair. The original installer/contractor/builder said they couldn't do it. Global Window NYC showed up, figured it out, and got the job done at a very reasonable cost. Will recommend to anyone especially anyone in the building with problems in the same door!
