- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on their request. Some things that a customer needs might have to be ordered or an item might take more time to construct than other designs. These things must be taken into consideration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much detail as possible. I give my customers a questionnaire and a menu. Once they see that I give them what they want future orders are 10x easier with repeat customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the Institute of Culinary Education and other things I either taught myself through reading, watching or just trial and error.
