- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the nature of this business my prices are not set. Each cake client is different, therefore, each cake design is different, which then affects the pricing. Have your budget in mind and we could give you different options within that budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In general, clients reach out to me with a pinterest image they have in mind. However, I truly encourage all my clients to choose their favorite elements from the design and allow us to create something original and to their taste. The reason we do this is 1) we want your cake to be as special as you are 2) that is another cake artist's design and 3) we don't copy other cake designs. I will listen to your story, details about your event, and come up with three options for you to choose from that best meets your style and budget. Once you have chosen your option, flavors, colors, etc. You will receive an invoice. Once you pay, you will then receive three (3) sketches to choose from. We'll set your pick-up or delivery, and then you leave the rest in our hands! The evening of the delivery/pick-up you will receive a professional photo of your cake so that you have as a keepsake and will be tagged on our social media platforms if you have provided us with your handle(s)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught through the University of YouTube, along with other courses I have taken along the way to perfect my craft. Prior to this I had experience in art, photography, and business.
