Working with Tom, the Project Manager, has been nothing short of exceptional. He single-handedly salvaged—and completely transformed—the relationship between my client and his company. What had once been a strained and inefficient experience became seamless, productive, and genuinely collaborative.
His communication is clear, consistent, and reliable. He is responsive without being reactive, accommodating without overpromising, and unfailingly professional. What truly sets him apart is his patience and diligence—he takes the time to fully understand goals, constraints, and nuances, and he follows through with precision. As someone who is highly detail-oriented, I deeply appreciate his thoroughness and impeccable follow-up. Nothing slips through the cracks.
Equally impressive is his approach to sales. Rather than pushing products or prioritizing quotas, he listened carefully to what we were actually trying to achieve. He read the room perfectly, respected budget limitations, and recommended only what was truly necessary. Because of that trust-first approach, the solutions he proposed were not only appropriate but genuinely valuable—and exactly what we needed.
He is a natural relationship-builder who leads with integrity, insight, and care. I would not hesitate to work with him again, and frankly, I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. He sets a standard that others should aspire to.

This company is my go-to for anything website and video editing. I trust their service. I don’t have to overthink or stress - once I share my ideas, they take it to the next level and turn it into reality. They are reliable, professional, and truly a peace of mind. They offer meaningful discounts and involve you throughout the entire process. I’ve hired them multiple times, and they have never failed to deliver. Hands down, the best web development team I’ve worked with.

Jennifer and Paul were outstanding. The project toke about 2 months to complete, due to the many changes we had to make. It was our first website and as newbies we asked for many changes throughout the process, and Jennifer was very gracious and patient. Our website came out better than we hoped for. We would recommend Jennifer, Paul and Infinity Web Coders!!!!

They have helped along the way. Still unhappy with some small print details as far as pricing and host change. I was mistaken when I thought they suspended my account. I just went by what came up on the screen when I tried to get on my website recently. Once I called them they informed me they were having maintenance done. The website is nice. I just wished I was aware of the hidden details. Because although there hosting my website for now unfortunately I will have to find a new host in April 2026 because the fee for them to host my site is out of my budget. But if your a big company and not a small business like me, then give them a shot. Good luck.
