- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally work with mold and water/sewer damage, which sometimes will be covered by insurance. If you do have insurance, we deal with them and you will not need to pay us for our services. In the case that you don't have insurance, we will come down to give you a free estimate and discuss your options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our mold specialist will come down for a free estimate to see what's goin on. We will try to find the source of the mold or water damage so once we remove the mold, it doesn't come back from the same issue. We will go over the whole process of removal and answer any questions or concerns you may have. If its an insurance claim we will come down with the adjustor and he will be the one to deal with the insurance to get you the best coverage. Once the job is approved by the customer we will do our part to make your home a safe and comfortable environment again.

I graduated From Advanced Training Institute for mold Assessments and Remediation
