My more than 20 years old chair look new again after the repair. Lois did a good job with a reasonable price. The chairs are not only look good but comfortable to seat on.

I admit to being slightly anxious about having Pat redo our chairs because they are VERY unpillowlike, with a tightly fitted modern silhouette. I clearly had no cause for concern - she did an amazing job (see the attached before and after pics). She was also extermely pleasant to deal with, reasonably priced, flexible, and finished ahead of schedule. The chairs look infinitely better, and are also even a little better padded. She took no shortcuts and redid even the zippers perfectly. Highly recommended!

The webbing on my outdoor love seat and lounge chair needed replacing as it was stretched and did not support the cushions. Nice job on researching appropriate materials, reviewing the frames, dealing with manufacturer, and replacing the webbing so that the seating is much more supportive. See before and after pics.
