I was searching online for upholstery of a chaise lounge and found Pat’s Pillow Paradise. Within an hour on a Sunday afternoon response from Lois initiated a healthy exchange of information on the project. Lois was professional and knowledgeable as she guided me with specifics on the project. Although I did not proceed with the project at all, my efforts were rewarded with a different perspective on the project. We could take care of the issue ourselves given the information given to us. I would certainly recommend the company.

I admit to being slightly anxious about having Pat redo our chairs because they are VERY unpillowlike, with a tightly fitted modern silhouette. I clearly had no cause for concern - she did an amazing job (see the attached before and after pics). She was also extermely pleasant to deal with, reasonably priced, flexible, and finished ahead of schedule. The chairs look infinitely better, and are also even a little better padded. She took no shortcuts and redid even the zippers perfectly. Highly recommended!

I feel incredibly lucky to have stumbled upon Loise (Pat's Pillows Paradise). My Restoration Hardware couch was loosing all of it's goose feathers. The cushion had a huge horizontal rip that came across the entire inner linen of the cushion. All the feathers were coming out and the coach was looking deflated. I called several vendors on Thumbtack and none of them seemed to know exactly how to fix the issue or did not have an elevated sophisticated sense of materials. When I called Loise she immediately understood the problem, gave me solutions with price options, she knew exactly what materials to use, she sourced the material, she is very responsive, delivered the final product on time and nicely packaged, she is a real professional, I highly recommend her. I will be calling her again to work on other furniture pieces.
