- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When you buy a new device your happy with it's performance and dependability but time has a way of taking it's toll as it does with everything else. We set our prices with the customer in mind so they never have to question "Is it worth it?"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get as much information first before assessing the problem. Once we have an idea of the issue, we work with the customer to find the best time available. Our main objective is to come in and get things working again.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I`ve always been tinkering with electronics ever since I could remember. My parents saw this at a young age and nurtured it into what it is today. Along the way I found others who shared in the same passion to just make things work and so Rennovato Tech was born.
