It was a pleasure working with Ermal! He is very professional and did a good quality work in my bathroom! Besides the fact that his quote was a good price, he was also a great person to work with! Simple things like leaving the room cleaned after a day pf work and following up after are his traits.

Building is old and bathroom needed new grout work. Ermal was very communicative when scheduling the job and providing a quote. He said he would arrive at 10-10:30 and arrived at the door at 10:20. The work was done very quickly, in almost 2 hrs exactly! Not extremely neat but great value for the price.
He was very polite—my apt is a no shoes household and he was careful to take off his shoes when walking through even though he didn't have to. Only thing is that he kept insisting to do the tub as well, even though I had already told him I didn't need it, and ripped up the caulking without asking, so I ended up doing that too 🥲.... But at the end of the day, my bathroom does look way better, so I'm grateful. Please see before and after photos for reference.
