- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting with a new client is the most important. It’s a joy to learn about how your business operates, and what your future needs look like moving forward. Being fully remote/paperless, we communicate with you throughout the process; and with our firm's secure file share software (TaxDome), you're able to remotely upload documents, safely and conveniently. We work with you all along the way, to strategize together for optimal savings with tax deductions, and proactively in finding ways to get you the biggest refund possible. We keep you informed, and we are all about getting your money to grow!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Queens College with a B.S. in Accounting, and I have the Enrolled Agent designation. I am also an Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.
