My Process for Working with a New Customer I follow a structured and personalized approach to ensure each player gets the best training experience. Here’s what you can expect: 1. Initial Consultation & First Session ($100) We start with a discussion about your goals, experience level, and areas for improvement. I conduct a skills assessment during the first session, analyzing your technical ability, physical fitness, and game awareness. Based on this session, I provide feedback and a customized training plan tailored to your needs. 2. Customized Training Plan & 4-Session Packages I work in 4-session training packages to ensure consistency and measurable progress. Each session focuses on specific skills and drills suited to your position and playing style. We track your development and adjust the program as needed. 3. Ongoing Coaching & Feedback Every session includes real-time corrections, technical drills, and tactical insights. I offer video analysis (when applicable) to break down gameplay and improve decision-making. I provide progress reports so you can see tangible improvements in your performance. 4. Long-Term Development & Mentorship If you’re aiming for college recruitment, club tryouts, or professional training, I offer guidance on how to stand out to scouts and coaches. I help build game intelligence, confidence, and physical endurance, ensuring you're well-prepared for competitive play. During each session, I guide the customer through assisted stretching techniques, focusing on targeted areas to improve flexibility, reduce tension, and enhance overall movement. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Soccer Coaching from Marmara University and a master’s degree in Soccer Coaching from Ohio University. Additionally, I am certified in advanced stretching techniques, including Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), which equips me with the expertise to help clients improve their flexibility, recovery, and overall mobility effectively.I also have Exercise Science and Coaching Msc from German Sport University Cologne and Uefa B Soccer Coaching Licence.
