I wish I could select all 5 of these attributes! Ralph went above and beyond to not only identify the source of the issue we were having, but to even come in same day I called due to an emergency in our office with the phone lines. He was very responsive and punctual! Ralph was both extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and made sure to explain everything to me that he was doing, testing and trying to resolve, and gave me a couple of solutions to choose from. He was patient (especially because I am not the most tech savvy) and kind throughout his whole service! I cannot recommend him enough, we will absolutely be utilizing his services in the future. I am so lucky to have found him and recommend him highly for all of your IT, computer, phone, etc. needs!!! Thank you so much Ralph, Capital cannot thank you enough for helping us with our issue!!

Great work! I had a unique set of needs in both hiding wires for my television set up and fixing the network set up in my house. I was able to get a comprehensive solution that solved all of my issues. As a result, we were able to activate internet around the condo and fix a few Ethernet ports as well as getting a clean look in front of the TV. Definitely recommend!

Ralph was very professional and knowledgeable about the security camera system we have ivms-4500. He tried a bunch of troubleshooting tips and couldn’t get it to work and then recommended replacing to DVR system, which I thought was fair because we had it for about 8-10 years. Needless to say, he ordered the replacement system to be picked up the next day. He wasn’t available to do the installation, because he had another scheduled appointment but he sent one of his staff and everything is up and running. I’m extremely happy. I’m definitely looking forward to working with them again or definitely recommend him to any other property managers that I know.

I like to meet who I'm working with. Then before getting committed to doing any job, I would do a walk through free of charge.

I have 10 years experience working as a technician for reputable companies where I gained a wide knowledge of structured cabling, security systems such as access control, cctv and burg alarms, intercoms, locksmith and garage door openers.
