Here’s a short list of services I provide to my rental clients: 1. Daily internal and external search of on/off-market listings that meet your criteria. 2. Experienced feedback regarding market, area, building, and management. 3. Provision of floor plans, measurements, videos and other data. 4. Setting up viewing schedule that’s smooth and efficient. 5. Negotiation of lease terms. 6. Communication with management on your behalf. 7. Punch-list walk-through of any items that need to be corrected. 8. Assistance with the application including document review. 9. Coordination of schedule with building maintenance/mgmt prior to move-in . 10.
