- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
*If the location chosen Is a public pool associated with a fee, then client is then responsible for both my entry fee and his/hers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to ask questions pertaining to their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to swimming. I also like to find out what their end goal is and from these answers I can then make a plan on how we'll achieve such goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was on a private swim team for 15 years and received training all the way from elementary school up until college. I have seen all of the various ways one can help train someone in swimming and from that I fine tuned my own coaching style. have taught swim lessons for over 8 years and have had clients see amazing results in their mobility in the water.
