Egli is an amazing individual before anything else. He came within 90 minutes of me calling, fixed the toilet issue and mentioned over the phone who would not charge to just assess the issue whether I take the job or not. He ended up helping me free of charge, but I still compensated him. Will definitely use him again for my other properties.
