Hi! I'm Summer and I have over 10 years experience in teaching pilates and specialize in customizing programs to fit each clients needs and goals. I can work with a variety of injuries and gaols and pride myself in making my clients feel safe, comfortable and taken care of. My philosophy is to keep things simple, effective and fun.

Summer was communicative before our session, brought a gentle and connected energy to our time one-on-one, listened well to my concerns, and gave me lots of movements to work with after our session. I would definitely recommend hiring her in person or via Zoom, and I will work with her again.

Summer is fantastic! She makes the best playlists, and her instruction is top notch. I love taking her classes because I get a great workout, I have fun, and I am always excited to come back. Summer pushes me to do my best, creates trust easily, and makes me laugh when I need it.

Summer is an amazing Pilates teacher! She really knew how to meet me at the level of fitness I was at (which wasn’t great at the time), not overwhelm me, and help me build back up a good fitness routine, including for times when my chronic inflammation issues flare up and make it hard for me to keep up with fitness. Also, her authentic, and genuinely positive personality, creates the kind of supportive environment that helps keep me motivated. She’s really just the best!

Summer is an excellent, knowledgable, and committed pilates teacher. My husband and I have taken classes from Summer for over 6 years. She is a miracle worker...my husband's back issues went away after working with her. Her pilates classes have increased our strength, fitness, and flexibility.

Summer is absolutely the BEST Pilates teacher I’ve worked with in the 15+ years doing Pilates. She is so knowledgeable, creative with her flows, works out the entire body with stretching mixed in and has a very relaxed demeanor that makes working out w her super enjoyable and focused inwards. She communicates clearly, her instructions are easy to understand and her music choices are always great too. Whether mat or reformer, I leave her classes feeling energized and powerful. I feel very strongly that working out consistently w Summer over the past 7 years has kept my body and mind in great shape, and even through COVID/zoom.
