- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please see my website for a full list of offerings. The rate listed here is the hourly estimate for in person sessions, but I also offer virtual sessions and more independent formats for the highly motivated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set up a time to speak in depth about your history and goals, to ensure that I can design the best possible program to get you there, that takes into consideration any limitations or preferences you may have. Then we establish our training frequency and schedule, and we are off to the races! I will always work with you to ensure you have a thorough understanding of how to execute each exercise and routine safely, and will keep you honest and accountable along the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching certifications from The National Academy of Sports Medicine, a Vinyasa Yoga certification from Yoga Alliance, and Pain Free Performance Coaching specialization from PPSC, as well as various ongoing continuing education specialties including weight loss, mobility, endurance, corrective exercise, behavior change, pre-natal, and so on.
