FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In Person: Clients can opt to pay for packages OR for a monthly program (with a 6 month commitment). Purchasing a package requires the entire sum at one time. Purchasing the monthly program allows the client to pay at the beginning of each month. All of the described sessions range from $109-$159 per hour. Remote/Online: My personally-tailored online programs range from $149-$389 per month (a cost-effective alternative for working with me in person). I offer customized workout plans, email/phone check-ins, fitness progress tracking, habit-based nutrition coaching, and exercise form analysis. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For both in-person and remote clients, I offer an initial complimentary consultation. I want to know my potential client's goals, health/fitness history, experience with training, likes/dislikes, etc - and I want my new client to ask any questions that they might have. After assessing a client's starting point, I customize a unique plan to deliver the goals he/she wants to achieve - and we have a lot of fun along the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a professional dancer and choreographer with my BFA in Dance Performance from The Boston Conservatory. My dance training has a huge influence on my work as a trainer - I'm kind and not a hard-core boot-camp instructor, but I have very high standards when it comes to alignment, form, quality of movement and injury prevention. As a NASM certified personal trainer, I'm required to earn a certain number of continuing education credits every two years. I seek out certifications that interest me and will also benefit the majority of my clients, some of which are Fitness Nutrition and Corrective Exercise. I also enjoy exploring fitness classes in the area to give me new ideas and inspiration.
