I have worked at Synergy Fitness Club in Manhattan located on the Lower East side, held group classes in offices in the Midtown area of Manhattan, worked with individuals in their homes and parks, and I am the owner of Nightwarriors Fitness. I became a Certified Personal Trainer in September of 2014. My specialties are in toning, weight-loss, bodybuilding, and nutrition.
In my hourly sessions you will be receiving weight-loss and weight management programs, aerobic and resistance training. I supply all the equipment for training. These include: dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine and kosu balls, kettlebells and weighted vest. I am also a marathoner, having completed several marathons across NYC.
I won't go easy on you so we can reach your fitness goal, but we will have fun doing it. There will be no dieting involve, because all they do is put pressure on you. Which ultimately leads to failure. I will teach you how to make lifestyle decisions on what you put into your body, and the exercisers to build the body you want. All clients design their own personal food plan to maximize their fitness goal.
I charge a consultation fee of $35 dollars, which will be returned to you if you sign up for a 12-weeks plan.
My company provides the following package deals: 12-week weight loss program, 12-week get you body back program, and a 12-week bridal fitness program. We teach our clients how to get and stay in shape through exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle decision.

I will also design a food plan to help maximize your muscle growth. this is not a diet, but to teach you how to make food choices to improve your body. I offer a 12-week deal for $40 per sessions two days a week. I provide free gym membership for my clients.
I'll give you an idea of how I work. I went to school for six months to become a personal trainer, while holding down my 9 to 5. At the end I completed my training top of my school, and had the highest grade of my class and the whole school.
This is how I work. My clients fill out several forms that are mandatory by every person trainer, I then design a fitness program and food plan to reach their goals. I take pictures, videos, and measurements to compare as before and after. All the information gathered is placed in a book. I then sit and discuss our goal. the book is the blueprint of your fitness goal.
When we workout, all sessions are designed to hit their target. I come prepared and organize. I'm usually very laid back, because people work hard when their are happy and comfortable, but I will crack a whip if needed. I provide free gym membership for all my clients.
