I am a personal trainer, professional dancer and Capoeira Angola practitioner. Movement is my lifestyle.
PERSONAL TRAINING- I've been learning Personal Training for the last 6 years under RhythmMetrics Method by Sekou Heru and certified by NSCF in November 2020.

DANCE-I've been dancing since I was 3 years old. I grew up learning for over 10 years ballet and flamenco.
Started practicing Street styles since 2003 focusing in House Dance since 2017.
I've teach dance classes/privates since 2008 for kids and adults.
At the moment subbing House dance classes at PMT and Peridance.
Now my focus is in:
-House Dance and All Styles battle competitions
-Keep learning and practicing Flamenco and street/club dances like Hip Hop, , Hustle , whacking , popping.
-Dancer in Dancers Unlimited Company.
-Capoeira
