Introduction
Hey! Thanks for taking the time to look through my profile :) I concentrate on the quality of my clients' movements to maximize their performance. Movement efficiency yields higher performance, greater conservation of energy and reduces risk of injury. By determining how to alter my program for each client's needs, I am able to guide them towards meeting their fitness goals. Physical fitness is often thought of as being largely about workouts and diet, but I see fitness as personal growth and development. Refining the mind, developing self-discipline, treating the body with respect, and setting and achieving desired outcomes are all excellent goals to strive for.

I was originally supposed to work out with Katie for just 3 months because that's how long I signed up for at my local gym. 3 months turned into over 3 years and meeting Katie was one of the best things that's ever happened to me. She has taught me to love weight training and love my body. Her teaching style is patient, observant, attentive, fun, and I love that she places so much emphasis on posture. I am stronger than I've ever been before. She understands the body so well and the physiological aspects of it. she doesn't just make you do exercises. There's a rhyme and reason to everything she teaches you. Her exercises aren't just a random collection of stuff to fill up time. Everything is connected and is carefully planned to help you achieve the body that you want. And these are the reasons why after 3 months I couldn't just stop training with her. She's also an extremely funny and friendly person and I love spending time with her. I look forward to her positive energy and our sessions every single time. I can't imagine training with anyone else. do yourself a huge favor and book a session with her and you'll understand why I've continued training with Katie.

Has been with the trainer for a year, after going through couple of others before her. All time attention not only to the exercise itself, but to both clients stamina, needs, and shortages when conducting exersizing. 5ge experience is always very personal, custom-fit. 100%satisfaction guaranteed.

Katie is a fantastic trainer. I have trained with her for years. she always introduces new workouts that are tailored specifically to my workout goals. She is focused on me throughout the session and always make sure to correct my form. She is also always available to discuss nutrition and eating habits aside from the sessions. I would definitely recommend using Katie since I had multiple trainers in my time but she is by far the best and most attentive.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Focus Personal Training Institute (FPTI) 2016

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

When my relationship with fitness started eight years ago, I quickly discovered my passion for exercise, health, and general wellbeing. As my enthusiasm for fitness evolved, I enrolled in the Focus Personal Training Institute (2016); a six hundred hour program where I gained in-depth knowledge of exercise-physiology, injury prevention, and the relationship between nutrition and health. Additional hands-on experience reinforced what I had learned through lectures.
