- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly service rate is $95. For an over-the-phone 30 min consultation, it is free of charge. For an in-person consultation, up to an hour it is $40. For every 15 minutes thereafter, it is $15. If the client would like any storage systems purchased, on their behalf, the items purchased will be at cost and the standard hourly service rate applies ($85 per hour). Note: Clients are welcome to purchase the recommended storage systems items themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Pictures Please share pictures of (a) the storage space, (b) the quantity of items, (c) the storage systems. Closet, drawers, boxes, labels, etc that you have available. Step 2: Communicate & Align During a 30 min (or less) call, I will listen to understand your needs and expectations and I will share my approach. I will recommend additional cost effective storage systems, if interested. Step 3: Quote estimated time frame and budget. The time required is based on the quantity of items and the state of the space. The standard cost is $60/hr. Optional cost for additional storage systems is $25 shopping fee + items purchased, at market cost. Receipts provided. Step 4: Scheduling We will agree on a date and time. That’s when the process of decluttering (keep, trash, and donate), categorizing and organizing begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught and have a passion for logical product placement to make your days run smoothly. I use the S.P.A.C.E technique and ensure it meets your routine so that it's maintainable. During my day job, I streamline and automate processes to maximize individuals time.
