FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard hourly rate, for up to 4 hours, is $60 plus transportation. Considering the number of hours you need is over 5 hour, the rate drops to $50 per hour or less, depending on the project/package we arrange.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, when I arrive at the location, I like to talk with the client to understand their main concerns and their vision for the desired outcome. Based on that, I offer suggestions and present different solutions, demonstrating ways to organize objects, arrange furniture, or solve any issues. From there, I follow the approach the client finds most practical for maintaining organization once the service is complete. However, I am always open to adapting the process according to each client’s preferences.
