- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work off of a baseline price. However, final quotes will be determined after a consultation to determine the parameters of the job: size, difficulty, time needed, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, and prior to starting a project, I like to discuss work-style preferences to ensure that we work and communicate with each other in ways that work for both of us in order to achieve the best results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of NAPO (National Association for Productivity and Organizing Professionals) and have taken several classes to sharpen my organizing skills. And I am also committed to abide by their Code of Ethics (see napo.net/page/about_ethics ). Also my career experience in education and real estate have made me a specialist in people - specifically working with a variety of people (ie: educators, lawyers, bankers, architects, parents, contractors, etc.) to collaborate on complex projects. This requires patience and expert listening -- understanding what people desire and figuring out how to best to get there.
