I like to speak to the customer to gather as much information from them as possible. I listen attentively. I tell customers it's ok not to know exactly what you're looking for. I'm happy to provide samples that is photos as references to help clients make a decision. I completely understand that planning an event that matches your vision is crucial for your satisfaction.
